Lauretta Carl, Founder of Staging Options LLC, has ten years experience in home design and renovation. She trained with Staging pioneer Barb Schwarz as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). ASP's are trained under strict guidelines using proven Staging techniques developed over the past 30 years.
Using her creativity, vision, style, and sense of space and flow, Lauretta has successfully assisted clients to achieve their desired outcome in home sales and re-design. She has the ability to assess problems and implement effective solutions. Lauretta has also worked in photography for over two decades, and has served as a Portfolio Photographer and stylist working for a Fairfield County Restoration and Renovation Professional.
Fairfield Magazine (May/June 2007) featured photographs of a home Staged by Lauretta. She was also quoted by Real Estate columnist, Linda Skolnick of the Westport News in her article ‘Staging Your Home to Sell’ (October 19, 2007).
Lauretta has served as Membership Chairperson, for 2007-2008 for the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, and was a proud Sponsor of The Idea Home in Fairfield, Connecticut.
